§ 50.01  DANGEROUS AND HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS.
   All abandoned cesspools, open wells, air shafts, privies, vaults, septic tanks which are not completely enclosed in concrete, and other similar openings in the earth’s surface, constitute a dangerous and hazardous condition to the general welfare and safety of the residents of the township.

§ 50.02  FILLING OR REMOVING.
   All existing abandoned cesspools, open wells, air shafts, privies, vaults, septic tanks which are not completely enclosed in concrete, and similar openings in the earth’s surface, shall be removed or filled within three months of the effective date of the passage of this chapter.
