The following standards shall apply to flood hazard areas within the township:
(A) All subdivision or development of land within any designated floodplain shall be in accordance with the floodplains ordinance (Chapter 153), as amended, in order to promote the general health, welfare and safety of the community; and
(B) In addition to meeting all requirements of the floodplains ordinance (Chapter 153), minimum first floor elevations shall be provided on the final plans for all lots within the floodplain.
