No senior mobilehome park existing on the effective date of this article shall, from the effective date of this article and thereafter, convert to or become an all-ages mobilehome park. This prohibition shall be effective for any mobile home park subject to this article until such time as the mobile home park has complied with Cal. Civil Code § 798.56(g) and all other applicable statutes, regulations, and ordinances regarding the change of use of the property in which the mobile home park is located.
