§ 8-5.23 ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS.

   The Chief Building Official is hereby authorized and directed to enforce and administer all the provisions of this chapter, all the provisions of said Plumbing Code, and any other regulations which he is directed by proper authority, law, or ordinance to enforce.

§ 8-5.24 PENALTY.

   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or said Plumbing Code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable according to §§ 1-2.01 et seq. of this code.

§ 8-5.25 AMENDMENT: SECTION 103.3, APPEALS.

   Section 103.3 of said Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

      The 1994 ICBO/IAMPO Plumbing Code is amended to establish a Board of Appeals. In order to determine the suitability of alternate materials, types of construction and to provide reasonable interpretations of the provisions of this Code, the Board of Administrative Appeals may be utilized to resolve differences of policy as defined by this Code.
