§ 7-6.15 BOAT RACES; REGATTAS AND EXHIBITIONS.
   It shall be unlawful to conduct, participate in, or cause to be conducted any regatta, motorboat or other boat race, tournament, or exhibition within the marina without the written permission of the Harbor Master and subject to such regulations as may be imposed.
