§ 7-2.701 APPEALS.
   (A)   Right of appeal. Any person aggrieved by the action of any administrative official of the city acting under the provisions of this chapter may appeal such decision to the Council.
   (B)   Method of filing appeal. Such aggrieved person shall file notice in writing with the City Clerk within seven days after final action of the administrative official whose action is being appealed.
   (C)   Action of the Council. The Council may affirm, modify, or reverse the action of the administrative official from whom the appeal is taken. The decision of the Council shall be final and conclusive.
