§ 5-10.303 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   It is unlawful for any person to solicit money or other things of value, or to solicit the sale of goods or services, or to hold or wear an advertising or directional sign:
   (A)   From at or near the center of a street or highway, in a median strip or otherwise;
   (B)   From at or near the center of a privately-owned driveway which intersects with a public street where the solicitor is located within the public right-of-way;
   (C)   From at or near the center of a privately-owned driveway which intersects with a public street when the agent in charge of such property has filed a written request for enforcement of this article with the Chief of Police and where such private property is signed and designated for public enforcement pursuant to § 4-5.411 of this code.
