§ 5-6.08 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for the holder of any such license to violate or permit the violation of any of the following conditions, rules, and regulations, or any part thereof, at or in connection with any dance held under such license:
   (A)   No dance shall be conducted after the hour of 3:00 a.m. and before the hour of 9:00 a.m. of any day.
   (B)   No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to attend such dances unless accompanied by parents or guardian or some adult person having the care or custody of such person.
   (C)   No disorderly or noisy conduct shall be permitted on the premises where any such dance is conducted.
   (D)   No person under the influence of intoxicating liquor shall be permitted to enter or to remain in any public dance hall or in any place where any dance is conducted under a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
   (E)   The licensee shall be accountable for the peaceable, quiet, and lawful conduct of any dance conducted under a license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
