§ 5-6.05 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Violations. Licenses for conducting dances pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be revocable at any time by the Council after a hearing for the violation of any rule or regulation set forth in this chapter.
   (B)   Notice of hearing. In the event of a violation of any rule or regulation set forth in this chapter, notice shall be sent to the licensee in writing by the City Clerk to appear before the Council to show cause why such license should not be revoked.
   (C)   Hearing. At the hearing before the Council the licensee shall show cause, if any he has, why such license should not be revoked.
   (D)   Revocation. After the hearing before the Council, if it appears to the Council that any of the rules or regulations set forth in this chapter have been violated by any licensee, the license of such person shall be revoked.
