(A) Unlawful. It shall be unlawful for any person to bring onto any public or private school or school ground, or to possess upon any such school or school ground, any imitation firearm.
(B) Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
IMITATION FIREARM.
A replica of a firearm or toy firearm that is so substantially similar in physical properties to an existing actual firearm as to lead a reasonable person to conclude that the replica is an actual firearm.
