(A) Discharging. It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot or discharge any air gun or pistol designed to propel BB shot or pellets, except under the direct supervision and control of an adult person.
(B) Possession by minors. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to have in his or her immediate possession any air gun, spring gun, or pistol designed to propel BB shot or pellets, except under the direct supervision and control of an adult person.
