§ 4-5.903 YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY SIGNS.
   When deemed necessary for the orderly and safe movement of traffic by the City Traffic Engineer, he may erect yield right-of-way signs at the approaches to intersections of streets and highways under his jurisdiction which are not through highways, but such yield right-of-way signs shall not be erected upon the approaches to more than one of the intersecting streets.
