§ 4-5.105 HOLIDAYS.
   HOLIDAYS. January 1, February 12, the third Monday of February, the last Monday of May, July 4, the first Monday of September, September 9, November 11, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If January 1, February 12, July 4, September 9, or December 25 falls upon a Sunday, the Monday following shall be a holiday.
