§ 4-1.411 BICYCLE ESTABLISHMENTS; TRANSACTIONS WITH MINORS AND INTOXICATED PERSONS.

No person operating a bicycle establishment shall take in, exchange, or receive any goods, articles, bicycle parts, or bicycles from any person under the age of 18 years or from any person under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
