§ 4-1.407 BICYCLE ESTABLISHMENTS; REPORTS OF TRANSACTIONS.
   On or before the 10th day of each month all persons operating a bicycle establishment shall forward to the Chief of Police the original copy of all sales or transactions conducted during the preceding month. The duplicate copy shall be maintained by the bicycle establishment as a permanent record.
