§ 4-1.318 ACCIDENT REPORTS.
   (A)   The operator of any bicycle involved in an accident shall take reasonable steps to ascertain whether or not anyone was injured and he shall give his name, address, and the license number of his bicycle to the person with whom he was in collision. He shall obtain the same information from the other person if another vehicle is involved.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the bicycle operator to make a written report to the Police Department of any accident resulting in death or injury within 24 hours of such accident.
   (C)   Any bicycle operator involved in an accident shall not be subject to the requirements of this section if, and during the time, such driver is physically incapable of making a report, but in such event such driver shall make a report within 24 hours after regaining the ability to make such report.
