No person riding or operating a bicycle in the city shall carry another person on such bicycle unless such bicycle is of a standard two-person type manufactured for the purpose of seating more than one person. No person shall ride upon a bicycle as a passenger unless he is seated upon an individual seat of a bicycle manufactured for the purpose of seating more than one person.
