§ 4-1.305 RIDING IN GROUPS.
   Persons riding or operating bicycles in the city shall not ride more than two abreast except on paths or parts of roadways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles. Persons riding bicycles on sidewalks shall do so in single file.
