§ 4-1.119 MARKING NEW PARTS WITH POLICE DEPARTMENT SERIAL NUMBERS.
   The owner of any bicycle shall, upon replacing or purchasing new component parts for a licensed bicycle, bring them to the Police Department and they shall be inscribed with the corresponding number assigned to the bicycle free of charge.
