(A) Upon the loss of a license number, the licensee shall be required to report its loss or theft within 10 days. Upon receipt of such report the Chief of Police shall cancel such license number and cause to be issued a new license number to the licensee upon receipt of a fee in the amount of $0.25.
(B) The bicycle and component parts shall be renumbered and stamped to correspond to the new license issued.
