ARTICLE 3: DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE

§ 2-3.301 CREATED.

   There is hereby created in the city government a Department of Finance under the direction of the Director of Financial Services, which office is also hereby created.

§ 2-3.302 OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.

   The Department of Finance shall consist of the Director of Financial Services and such other employees with such titles and duties as may from time to time be fixed by resolution of the Council.

§ 2-3.303 DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL SERVICES; DUTIES.

   The duties of the Director of Financial Services shall be to coordinate and supervise the accounting and reporting details of the city government, together with such other duties as may be assigned by the City Manager.

§ 2-3.304 DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL SERVICES; SALARY.

   The salary of the Director of Financial Services shall be as fixed from time to time by the Council.
