The Offices of Administrative Hearings, Budget, Central Services, Finance, Information Technology, Law, Personnel, and Planning and Zoning and the Departments of Aging and Disabilities, Detention Facilities, Fire, Inspections and Permits, Police, Public Works, and Recreation and Parks have the authority, duties, responsibilities, and functions prescribed in the Charter and this Code.
