§ 11-11-108. Miscellaneous provisions.
   (a)   Emergency termination. In addition to the provisions of § 11-11-104(c), the County may revoke a permit and immediately terminate a special event at any time if the County determines that an immediate risk to the health, safety, or general welfare of the public or participants in a special event exists, due to:
      (1)   intentional or willful misrepresentation or mismanagement by the sponsor; or
      (2)   circumstances beyond a sponsor’s reasonable control, including weather, a state of emergency declared under Title 14 of the Public Safety Article of the State Code, or a civil emergency declared under §§ 1-6-101 et seq. of this Code.
   (b)   Reimbursement for emergency termination costs. The special services charges under § 11-11-106 shall include the costs incurred by the County for the special event up to and including termination under subsection (a)(1).
