Except for violations of the Anne Arundel County Construction and Property Maintenance Codes Supplement, Construction Code, Chapter 1 - Construction Code Administrative Provisions, as amended, written notice shall be given to the violator of any provision of the Building Code, Fuel Gas Code, Mechanical Code, Plumbing Code, or Electrical Code 14 days before a civil fine is assessed to allow for correction of the violation.
