The Chief Fire Marshal or the Chief's designee shall determine the boundaries of fire lanes. Fire lanes shall be clearly designated by a sign and at least one other traffic control device approved by the Chief Fire Marshal or the Chief's designee, and the property owner or lessee shall clearly label fire lanes with a sign and at least one other traffic control device for public view, and the property owner shall be responsible for the costs.
