In this subtitle, the following words have the meanings indicated.
(1) "Emergency vehicle" means a vehicle designated as or authorized as an emergency vehicle by the Administrator of the Motor Vehicle Administration.
(2) "Fire lane" means a Fire Department access road as defined in NFPA 1, Uniform Fire Code, 2009 Edition, which is marked with approved signs or other approved notices.
