(a) Certificates to be provided. A person licensed under the provisions of this title shall furnish to the Director certificates of insurance that provide for minimum coverage as required by State law.
(b) Information to owner, operator, or agent of towed vehicle. Upon release of the towed vehicle, the towing company shall provide the name, address, and telephone number of the towing company's insurance carrier and the number of the insurance policy to the towed vehicle's owner, an operator of the vehicle, or an agent of the owner or operator.
