§ 7-6-106. Members of boards, commissions, and authorities.
   (a)   Limitations for certain entities. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this title, except for the Board of Appeals, the Planning Advisory Board, the Board of License Commissioners, the Ethics Commission, and the Anne Arundel County Tipton Airport Authority, a member of a board, commission, or authority listed in § 7-6-101 shall file a statement on a form provided by the Ethics Commission disclosing information about only those interests, gifts, compensated positions, and liabilities that may create a conflict, as defined in Title 5, between the member's personal interest and the member's duties as a member of that board, commission, or authority.
   (b)   Housing Commission. In addition to disclosures required by subsection (a), a member of the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County shall disclose the interests enumerated in § 7-6-104(b).
   (c)   Adoption of regulations. The Ethics Commission shall adopt regulations specifying the information required to be filed under subsections (a) and (b) and the circumstances under which it shall be disclosed.
