§ 7-6-101. Persons required to file statements.
   (a)   Generally. Each of the following and each candidate for County Executive or the County Council shall file with the Ethics Commission the statements provided for in this title:
      (1)   the County Executive;
      (2)   members of the County Council;
      (3)   the County Auditor;
      (4)   the Chief Administrative Officer;
      (5)   each Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer;
      (6)   the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer;
      (7)   the Chief of Staff;
      (8)   each Assistant to the County Executive;
      (9)   the Director of Communications & Policy;
      (10)   the Legislative Liaison Officer;
      (11)    the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Director;
      (12)   the Resilience Authority Director;
      (13)   the Executive Director of the Police Accountability Board;
      (14)   each Public Information Officer;
      (15)   the Emergency Management Director;
      (16)   the Deputy Emergency Management Director;
      (17)   the Economic Development Officer;
      (18)   the Human Services Officer;
      (19)   the Land Use and Environment Officer;

      (89)   each member of the Personnel Board;
      (90)   each Commissioner of the Ethics Commission;
      (91)   the Executive Director of the Ethics Commission;
      (92)   each member of the Board of Electrical Examiners;
      (93)   each member of the Board of Environmental Systems Examiners;
      (94)   each Commissioner of the Gas Commission;
      (95)   each Commissioner of the Plumbing Commission;
      (96)   each Commissioner of the Amusement Licensing Commission;
      (97)   each member of the Agricultural Land Preservation Advisory Board;
      (98)   each member, the Executive Director, and the Secretary-Treasurer of the Anne Arundel County Recreational Facilities Revenue Authority;
      (99)   each member, the Airport Manager, and the Chief Financial Officer of the Anne Arundel County Tipton Airport Authority;
      (100)   each member of the Video Lottery Facility Local Development Council;
      (101)   each voting member of the Police Accountability Board;
      (102)   each voting member of the Human Relations Commission;
      (103)   any employee in an “acting” capacity for more than 60 days for any of the offices or positions listed in this subsection; and
      (104)   any other individual employed in the Executive Branch of the County government who is declared by the County Executive, by executive order, to be in a policy making or managerial position.
   (b)   Disclosure requirements for other persons. By executive order, the County Executive may require other persons holding County positions compensated in whole or in part by public funds and non-compensated County Executive appointees to disclose annually, as public records, any relevant information concerning their financial affairs that the County Executive considers necessary to promote the continued trust and confidence of the people in the County government.
