GENERAL CODE PROVISIONS
26.01 ESTABLISHED; PURPOSE.
There is established a foundation of the City which shall serve as the fundraising organization for the development of the Prairie Ridge Center Sports Complex, and such foundation shall be known as the Ankeny Sports Complex Foundation, Inc.
