Except as otherwise permitted pursuant to a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, no alcoholic beverage as defined in I.C. § 7.1-1-3-5, shall be brought into, consumed, sold, or given away, within a park or other state, county, or municipal property.
