§ 94.99 PENALTY.

(A) For violating the provisions of §§ 94.02 and 94.03 of this chapter, a citation shall issue to the offender and the fine for the first offense shall be $25; for the second offense the fine shall be $50; and for all subsequent offenses the fine shall be $100.

(B) For violating the provisions of § 94.04 of this chapter, a citation shall issue to the offender and the fine for the first offense shall be $100; for the second offense the fine shall be $200; and for all subsequent offenses the fine shall be $300.
