§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 130.01 through 130.05 or any order made by the Town Council in accordance with these sections shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, and/or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of the violation of § 130.06 shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $100 or 30 days in jail or both. Each violation of this section shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   No person shall violate any provision § 130.07 and any parent or guardian who shall permit his or her child or ward, as appropriate, to violate any provision of § 130.07 shall be fined in an amount of not to exceed $500.
   (E)   For violating the provisions of § 130.08 of this chapter, a citation shall issue to the offender and the fine for the first offense shall be $100; for the second offense the fine shall be $200; and for all subsequent offenses the fine shall be $300.
