(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.
(B) Trains at street crossings. Any person who shall violate § 71.04 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not more than $50.

(C) Truck traffic. The Town Council assesses a penalty for violation of the terms and regulations of § 71.05 in the sum of $75 for each violation.
(D) Storage of inoperable motor vehicles prohibited. Any person violating any of the provisions of § 71.06 shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate, punishable offense.
