(A) It shall be unlawful for any railroad company or employee to run any locomotive, locomotive engine, car or railroad train over any of the railroad tracks where the railroad tracks intersect with a street crossing within the corporate limits of the town, at a speed and rate faster than 50 mph, except the Triple Crown trains which can run at a speed and rate of 60 mph.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any conductor, engineer or other person having control of any locomotive engine, car or railroad train, to run any locomotive, locomotive engine, car or railroad train over any railroad tracks where the railroad tracks intersect with a public street within the corporate limits of the town, at a rate or speed greater than 50 mph, except the Triple Crown trains which can run at a speed and rate of 60 mph.
