18.30.140   FENCES, WALLS AND HEDGES.
   Fences, walls, hedges and berms shall be permitted and/or required, subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in Section 18.46.110 (Screening, Fences, Walls and Hedges) of Chapter 18.46 (Landscaping and Screening). A fence and wall plan shall be submitted as required by Section 18.30.170. (Ord. 5920 § 1 (part); June 8, 2004.)
