.010 Sign Program. Proposed signage for a planned mixed use development shall be submitted as a specific comprehensive sign program exhibit in conjunction with the final plan review application.
.020 Applicability of Other Regulations. The provisions in Chapter 18.44 (Signs), except Section 18.44.050 (Conditional Use Permit Required), shall not apply to planned mixed use developments within the (DMU) Overlay Zone. Notwithstanding the foregoing, roof signs incorporated into historically appropriate designs may be permitted. (Ord. 5920 § 1 (part); June 8, 2004.)
