Chapter 14.40 SPEED LIMITS

14.40.010 ENGINEERING AND TRAFFIC SURVEYS.
   The City Council pursuant to Sections 22357 and 22358 of the Vehicle Code does hereby determine on the basis of engineering and traffic surveys that speed limits on City streets should be established as set forth in this chapter. (Ord. 5429 § 2 (part), June 21, 1994.)
