(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violation of any provision of §§ 114.02 through 114.09, 114.20 through 114.25, and 114.40 through 114.45 is punishable, upon conviction in the Municipal Court, by a fine not exceeding $150, or by imprisonment in the City jail not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine or imprisonment.
