§ 114.25 CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR IN BEER PARLOR.
   No licensee or his or her employee or agent shall knowingly permit any alcoholic liquor containing more than 4% of alcohol by weight to be brought upon or consumed upon the premises which he or she controls, where the license of that premises permits only the sale and consumption of malt beverages.
