§ 114.09 LIQUOR IN DANCE HALL PROHIBITED.
   No person shall possess, keep, sell, give away, or otherwise dispose of or consume alcoholic liquor in any public dance hall, or in any room or building used for public dancing, that is not licensed under the state’s Liquor Control Act being ORS Chapters 471 and 474.
