(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Violations of §§ 72.01 through 72.12 shall be a Class 4 violation. If a parking ticket is not paid within 30 days of the violation, the fine shall increase by $10. If a parking ticket is not paid within 60 days of the violation, the fine shall increase by $30.
