§ 70.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Except as may be limited by City Charter, violations of ORS provisions made offenses against this City are punishable as established under ORS 153.019.
