355.03 DETERMINATION OF SNOW EMERGENCY.

A snow emergency shall commence when two inches or more of snow is on City streets or an emergency is declared by the Mayor. Such snow emergency shall continue in effect until the Mayor determines that an emergency no longer exists and accordingly terminates such emergency.
