145.03 POSITIONS IN UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE.

Positions in the Division of Fire shall be in the unclassified Civil Service under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 124.11(C) and shall be exempt from all competitive examinations as required by Ohio R.C. Chapter 124.
