For the purpose of this chapter, certain terms and words are hereby defined. Words used in the present tense include the future; the singular includes the plural and the plural the singular; and the word "shall" is mandatory and not directory.
(1) "Development plan" means a plan prepared to scale, showing accurately and with complete dimensioning the boundaries of the site, the location of buildings, landscaping, parking areas, access drives, signs, outdoor storage areas and any other features that comprise a proposed development.
(2) "General development plan" means a plan indicating the overall concept of development for an entire site and including the elements required in Section 1114.07.
(3) "Final development plan" means a plan indicating the exact data of the various features proposed for development, and including the elements required in Section 1114.08.
