141.04 COUNTY HAZMAT PLAN ADOPTED AND CONTRACTED.

The Mayor and/or the Director of Public Safety and Service is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Lorain County for the formation of the Lorain County Hazardous Materials Preparedness and Response Plan.
