Any attended motor vehicle found standing or parked in a fire lane shall immediately be moved upon the direction of the Fire Chief or any Fire Inspector. Any unattended motor vehicle found standing or parked in a fire lane may be impounded in a manner provided for in Section 303.08 and subject to the penalties and charges set forth in Section 351.99. The Fire Chief and any Fire Inspector shall have the authority to issue citations for fire lane standing or parking violation.
