1133.01 PERMITTED USES.

   In an R-3 Multiple-Family Residence District, land may be used for, and buildings or structures may be erected, altered and enlarged for, only the following:

   (a)   All uses permitted in an R-2 District together with their accessory uses.

   (b)   Dwellings for three or more families.

   (c)   Privately operated nursery schools or nursing homes with the approval of the Board of Zoning Appeals after public notice and hearing.

   (d)   Group development, in accordance with Section 1133.03(d)(2).
