(a) Plan. The plan of street improvements in the subdivision shall show the stations and angles of all intersecting streets and turn-arounds, as well as monument locations.
All intersecting streets shall have a minimum curb radius of thirty feet. Where a proposed street ends in a cul-de-sac, a ball shape turn around shall be required. The minimum radius shall be forty feet, measured to the back of the curb, and the complete turn around ball shall be paved with concrete eight inches thick.
The limits of the proposed pavement shall be clearly indicated and all streets shall be paved within the limits of the subdivision.

(b) Roadway Section. The concrete pavement shall be in accordance with the City Standard Paving Details, Appendix A, and Chapter 1115.
(c) Sidewalks. One-course concrete sidewalks, four feet in width and four inches thick, shall be constructed in all walkways and on both sides of all streets within the subdivision.
(d) Connections to Existing Pavements. Details of connections to existing pavements shall be shown, with particular care to maintain proper grade.
